Not just for travel — I grab it all day around the house
Bought this for travel but it ended up being too heavy for my carry bag so I almost sent it back. So glad I didn't. When it's on the base it charges via pass-through without draining the battery. Two USB-C ports and one USB-A — I keep my phone charged while reading a recipe in the kitchen, charge my iPad at the table, and bring it in the car when the kids all simultaneously ABSOLUTELY NEED the cable the moment we leave the neighborhood. The display telling you how fast each device is charging is genuinely useful — some of my items have no indicator light, but this shows me not only that they're charging but at what rate.

Powerful and fast
Charges my phone and laptop incredibly fast. The 3-port setup makes it easy to power multiple devices at once. Build quality feels premium and solid. Battery capacity easily lasts through long travel days — a bit on the heavier side, but that's expected for this much output. Highly reliable.

Reliability, aesthetics, and Bluetooth monitoring
I use this full to charge twice a day and to recharge it takes about 50 minutes — very quick. I appreciate the Bluetooth so I know how much power is being used per device and how much battery I have left without looking at the physical unit. The charging base is a nice convenience: place it on and go. My go-to choice for reliability and the aesthetics.

Took it on vacation — exactly what we needed
Big enough to charge multiple devices several times over. Easily fit in my cargo pants pocket or would be easy to drop in a purse or backpack. The display is a nice touch — lets you know exactly how much charge is left and the speed it's charging at. The app for firmware updates is straightforward. Worth it.

The screen alone justifies this over other options
Clear reading of the remaining charge at all times. Love it for capacity and extending laptop battery life on flights — I can't tell you how often the outlet at my seat isn't working. This comes to the rescue every time. The solid feel and the cool design aren't just aesthetic — they signal that the internals are engineered to match. Exceptional performance.

Charged my laptop twice — display is excellent
Although it takes a while to fully charge itself, the dual-port input makes recharging faster than most. Will charge my laptop twice over on a single bank charge. The display is a really nice feature. This thing is heavy and really durable — I've never had it get hot under any load. Dual-port charging simultaneously is the feature that makes this stand apart.

Common Questions
Before You Order
Why does a power bank charge fewer times than the mAh suggests?+
Battery capacity ratings reflect energy stored under ideal conditions. In real use, voltage conversion between the bank's internal 3.7V lithium cells and the device's required output (5V, 9V, 12V, or 20V) causes conversion losses — typically 15–20%. The NovaCraft Apex's 26,250mAh translates to roughly 0.8 full charges for a MacBook Pro M4 in practice, which is exactly what the spec sheet states. No hidden asterisk.
Can I charge my devices while the power bank is recharging itself?+
Yes. This is one of the core design features. The dual 250W input charges the bank while the output ports continue delivering power to connected devices. You can plug in a wall charger to the bank and simultaneously charge your laptop and phone from the bank's output ports. All power flows are independent and run concurrently.
Why does charging power gradually decrease during long recharge sessions?+
Lithium cells charge fastest when partially depleted and slow as they approach full capacity — this is a battery chemistry standard, not a defect. The bank charges at full 250W input until around 80% capacity, then tapers to protect cell longevity. The smart display will show you this in real time so you always know exactly what's happening.
Is it normal for the bank or connected devices to feel warm?+
Mild warmth is completely normal during high-wattage charging — converting and delivering 140W+ generates heat as a physical byproduct. The NovaCraft Apex's temperature management system monitors cell temperature continuously and adjusts output to stay within safe operating limits. If you're charging two laptops simultaneously at 300W combined and the unit feels warm, that's the correct behavior. It should never become uncomfortably hot to touch.
Is this TSA-approved for carry-on luggage?+
Yes. The NovaCraft Apex carries 99.75Wh of energy — just under the universal airline carry-on limit of 100Wh. This allows it on virtually every commercial flight worldwide as a carry-on item. It is not approved for checked luggage (TSA and IATA require lithium batteries to travel in the cabin). Pack it in your carry-on or personal item and you're cleared.
What cable do I need to get the full 140W single-port output?+
A USB-C cable rated for 5A current (often labeled "240W" or "100W 5A"). A standard USB-C cable rated only for 3A will cap output at approximately 60W regardless of what the bank can deliver. The NovaCraft Apex includes a 3.3 ft 240W-rated USB-C cable in the box, which supports the full 140W output when connected to a compatible device.
What's in the box?+
The NovaCraft Apex 300W power bank, one 3.3 ft USB-C to USB-C cable rated at 240W, a travel pouch for storage and protection, a welcome guide with setup instructions, and documentation for the 24-month warranty. The charging base is a separate item and is not included unless you select the Power Bank+Charging Base set variant.
